ORDINANCE NUMBER 90-9380
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 2 OF CHAPTER 27 OF THE
SALINA CODE REGARDING PARK REGULATIONS BY ADDING SECTION 27-16.2
IDENTIFYING THE HOURS DURING WHICH BILL BURKE PARK SHALL BE
CLOSED.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Article 2 of Chapter 27 of the Salina Code is hereby
amended by adding Section 27-16.2:
"Section 27-16.2. Closing hours of Bill Burke Park.
Bill Burke Park within the City shall be closed to the
general public between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and
5:00 a.m."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
