ORDINANCE NUMBER 90-9379
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42-269 OF THE SALINA CODE
REGARDING MINIMUM LOT SIZE REQUIREMENTS IN THE C-2, NEIGHBORHOOD
SHOPPING DISTRICT, AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 42-269 of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 42-269. Lot size requirements.
Lot size requirements in the C-2 district are as follows:
(1) Minimum lot width: seventy-five (75) feet.
(2) Minimum lot depth: one hundred (100) feet.
(3) Minimum zoning area: Ten thousand (10,000) square
feet unless contiguous to or within two hundred (200)
feet of a similar zoning district."
Section 2. That the existing section 42-269 is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
