AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and
the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the
rezoning of certain prcpertywithin the City and prescribing; the proper uses
thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map
and the rezoning of certain lands within, hereinafter described has been timely
complied with; and SO NOW,THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT "EV', GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the
Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kai sas, hereto duly adopted and
publishedas a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that
the following described property as follows, to -wit:
East 165 feet of a tract ofland in the Southwest Quarter
(SW4) of section 14, Township 14, Range 3 West of the
Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, des-
cribed as follows: Beginning at the west line of U. S.
Highway 81 By -Pass 1441.7 feet north of the point where
said west line intersects with the south line of said
section; thence south 200 feet; thence west 165 feet;
thence north 200 feet; thence east to the place of
beginning.
shall become a part of District "Elf, General Business District. That the use
of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions
and limitations as made and provided for in said ordinance Number 5549 with
reference to the General Business District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
