AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and
the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning
of certain property within the City and Prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS all conditions precedEnt for theamendment of the Zoning District Map
and the rezoning of certain lands within, hereinafter described has been timely
complied with; and SO NOW, THEREFORE.,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City Of Salina., Kansas.
Sectionl. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT "DN, LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the
Zoning District Map of the City Of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and
Published as a part Of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it ishereby amended so that
the follow-Ing described property
as follows, to-wit:
Blocks 1 and 2., Bankerts Addition to the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas
I shall become a part of District 11DIT Local Business District. That the use of
said described property shall be subject to all the conditions,
restrictions
and limitations as made and provided for in said ordinance Number 5549 with
reference to the Local Business District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.
That this ordinance shall be in full force from
and after its adoption and publication
once in the Official city paper.
