and the rezoning of certain lands within hereinafter described has been timely

the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, heretofore duly adopted
and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hamended
I hereby
so that the following described property as follows,
to- wit:
Lots 37, 39,14u,141 and 142, in Block 3,
Van Trines addition to the City of
Salina, Kansas
shall become a part of g�aad-Zwelijng--House�istri; That the
use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions
and limitations as made and provided for In said Ordinance Number 55.9 with
reference to the Second Dwelling House district, as aforesaid.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full farce and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
