AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the
Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of
certain property within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Z District p and
Zoning Ma
the rezoning of certain lands within, hereinafter described has been timely complied
with; and SO NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT UY.UA3XrD by the Board Of Commissioners of the City of Salina., Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMEM
DISTRICT "B",, SECOND DWELLING DISTRICT. That the
Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, heretofore duly adopted and
published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549,, be and it is hereby amended so that
the following described property as follows., to -wit:
Lots 18 and 20 On Kirwin Avenuep Grounds of Kansas
Wesleyan University to the City of Salina,, Kansas
shall become a part of District "B" Second Dwelling House District. That the use
of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and
limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance 'Number 5549 with reference

to the Second Dwelling House District as aforesaid.
Section 2. AMENDMENT., DISTRICT "Fu LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the
Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas
heretofore duly adopted and
Published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that
the following described property as follows
to -wit
The north 75 feet of the South 330 feet of the west
180 felt of the North One -,Half of the Southwest
Quarter Of Section 141 Township 14., 'Range 3. West,
known as 523 South Broadway, and the South 825 feet
of the West 180 feet of the North One -Half of.the
Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 14s Range
Three West, known as 529 South Broadway
shall become a part of District "F11
Light Industrial District* That the use of
said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and
limitations as made and provided for
in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference
to the Light Industrial District, as aforesaid.
Section 3. EFFECTIVh DATE.
That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and Publication Once in the official city paper.
