AN ORDINANuE providing for the vacation of a certain north south alley located
between Lincoln Avenue and North Street, in Block 4, North Park Addition, subject
to reservations.
BE IT OK,AINuD by the Board of Commissioners of the Cityof Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a certain north south alley locatedbetween Lincoln Avenue
and North Street, in Block 4, North Park Addition, be and it is hereby vacated,
provided however, that the City of Salina., Kansas, hereby expressly reserves the
right to authorize or to install, replace,maintain and repair in' said alley, a

public sewer.
Section 2. That the alley hereby vacated shall revert, subject to the
i
reservations aforesaid, to the adjoining land as provided by law.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective from and after its
adoption andpublication once in the official city paper.
