AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of a certain street in the
City of Salina, Kansas:

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. That the south five feet (5 feet) of Ellsworth Avenue from the

i east line of Roach Street to the west line of Avenue and the south five

feet (5 feet) of Ellsworth Avenue from the east line of iG Avenue to the
west line of Ohio Avenue, be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That said portion of said street so vacated shall revert to
the adjacent property as provided by law.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
