91-9476 AlcoholKuhn-Gox Priming — Sarins_ Kanses (Published in The Salina Journal November Id- , 1991) ORDINANCE NUMBER 91-9476 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5-123 OF THE SALINA CODE PERTAINING TO THE HOURS OF OPERATION FOR CLUBS OR DRINKING ESTABLISHMENTS; AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That Section 5-123 of the Salina Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 5-123. Hours of Operation. (a) No club or drinking establishment shall allow the serving, mixing or consumption of alcoholic liquor on its premises between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 9:00 a. m. on any day. (b) No caterer shall allow the serving, mixing or consumption of alcoholic liquor between the hours of 2:00 a. m. and 6: 00 a. m. on any day at an event catered by such caterer." Section 2. That the existing Section 5-123 of the Salina Code is hereby repealed. Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
