ORDINANCE NUMBER 91-9473
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION
OF A CERTAIN EXISTING TEN FOOT (10') UTILITY EASEMENT IN LOT EIGHT
(8), BLOCK FOUR (4), REPLAT OF SCHIPPEL ADDITION BLOCKS FOUR (4)
AND FIVE (5), PART OF THREE (3) OF THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE
COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the west nine feet (91) of the south one hundred
thirteen and twenty-seven hundredths feet (113.271) of an existing ten foot
(101) utility easement located adjacent to the east line of Lot Eight (8) ,
Block Four (4), Replat of Schippel Addition, Blocks Four (4) and Five (5) and
part of Block Three (3) in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, is
hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
