ORDINANCE NUMBER 91-9470
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN
UTILITY EASEMENT IN BLOCK SIX (6), MEYER ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That a certain utility easement adjacent to Lots
Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15) , Block Six (6) , Meyer Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the petitioner shall pay the total cost of the
relocation of the Southwestern Bell Telephone company underground cable
located in this utility easement.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city
newspaper.
