ORDINANCE NUMBER 91-9469
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE
NORTHWEST ONE-HALF FOOT (1/2') OF THAT CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT
IN BLOCK EIGHT (8), KEY ACRES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA,
SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas
Section 1. That the northwest one-half foot (1/21) of that
certain utility easement on the southeast eight feet (81) of the northwest
twenty-one feet (21') of Lot Twenty-one (21) , Block Eight (8) , Key Acres
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city
newspaper.
