ORDINANCE NUMBER 91-9468
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION
OF WESTBEND AVENUE, A PUBLIC STREET AS SHOWN ON THE RECORDED
PLAT OF WESTBEND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY,
KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of Westbend Avenue, a public street as
shown on the recorded plat of Westbend Addition in the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, from the south line of Elmhurst Boulevard to the south end
of the cul-de-sac, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described portion of Westbend Avenue,
which is vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property
owners in accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city
newspaper.
