ORDINANCE NUMBER 91-9463
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 41-95 OF THE SALINA CODE
PERTAINING TO CORRECTIONS AND REFUNDS OF WATER BILLS; AND
REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That Section 41-95 of the Salina Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Section 41-95. Corrections and refunds.
The City Manager, or his designee, shall have
authority to make corrections or refunds of
overpayments or improper water bills due to error in
the water and sewerage department, or in any other
circumstance in which it is deemed to be in the city's
best interest to adjust the amount billed . "
Section 2. That the existing Section 41-95 of the Salina Code is
hereby repealed .
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city
newspaper.
