ORDINANCE NUMBER 91-9456
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE WEST
TWO AND FIVE TENTHS FEET (2.5') OF A TWENTY FOOT (20') UTILITY
EASEMENT, TEN FEET (10') OF WHICH ARE ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF LOT
SEVEN (7), BLOCK FOURTEEN (14), GEORGETOWN ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the West two and five tenths feet (2.51) of a
twenty foot utility easement, ten feet (101) of which are along the east
property line of Lot Seven (7) , Block Fourteen (14) , Georgetown Addition to
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, being more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot Seven
(7);
Thence South on an assumed bearing of South
fifty-nine degrees eighteen minutes thirty-one seconds
West (S59018131"W) along the north line of said Lot
Seven (7) a distance of ten feet (10.01) to the point
of beginning;
Thence South thirty-one degrees zero minutes eight
seconds East (S3110010811E) and parallel with the
Northeast boundary of said Lot Seven (7) along the
existing easement line a distance of thirty-nine and
fifty-one hundredths feet (39.511);
Thence South zero degrees forty-one minutes three
seconds West (S00°41'03"W) and parallel with the East
boundary line of said Lot Seven (7) , along the
existing easement line a distance of sixty-seven and
sixteen hundredths feet (67.161);
Thence South eighty-nine degrees eighteen minutes
fifty-seven seconds East (S89118157"E) a distance of
two and five tenths feet (2.51);
Thence North zero degrees forty-one minutes three
seconds West (N00°41'03"W) and parallel with the East
boundary of said Lot Seven (7) a distance of
sixty-seven and eighty-seven hundredths feet
(67.871);
Thence North thirty-one degrees zero minutes eight
seconds West (N31100'08"W) and parallel with the
Northeast boundary of said Lot Seven (7) a distance
of forty and twenty-two hundredths feet (40.221) to
the north lot line of said Lot Seven (7) ;
Thence South fifty-nine degrees eighteen minutes
thirty-one seconds West (S59118131"W) along said north
line a distance of two and five tenths feet (2.51) to
the point of beginning.
The above described parcel of land contains 268.45
square feet, more or less.
