ORDINANCE NUMBER 92-9542
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN
MAP OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Salina Comprehensive Plan states that proposed zoning
map amendments shall be consistent with the adopted Land Use Plan Map; and
WHEREAS, Zoning Application 92-11 is in conflict with said Land Use
Plan Map; and
WHEREAS, on October 20, 1992, the Salina City Planning Commission,
after considering established criteria, approved an amendment to the Land Use
Plan Map; SO NOW, THEREFORE
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map is hereby
amended by changing the classification of an area located at the northeast
corner of Ash Street and Broadway Boulevard from Medium Density Residential
to Commercial and Retail.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city
newspaper.
