ORDINANCE NUMBER 92-9537
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FINAL
DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PDD APPLICATION 86-1A FILED BY BELL
TELEPHONE EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE
88-9247.
WHEREAS, upon consideration of PDD Application 86-1A, (Bell
Telephone Employees Credit Union) by the City Commission, Ordinance Number
86-9139 was adopted on June 23, 1986 which rezoned as part of the Planned
Development District the following described real estate:
Lots One (1) , Two (2) and Three (3) , Block Nine (9) , Replat of
Indian Rock Addition to the city of Salina, Saline County, Kansas
and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the final
development plan for PDD Application 86-1A (Bell Telephone Employees Credit
Union) have been timely complied with, SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the city of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1.
That the
final
development plan
for PDD Application
86 -IA ( Bell Telephone
Employees
Credit
Union) is hereby
amended by changing
the allowed signage from a wall -mounted sign on the west building face
totalling
forty-eight
(48) square feet to a
wall -mounted sign
on the
west
building
face totalling
thirty-two (32) square
feet and a two (2)
foot by
eight
(8) foot, non -illuminated wall -sign mounted on the south side of the
building, and by adding business and professional offices as a permitted use.
Section 2. All other terms and conditions of the final development
plan for PDD Application 86-1A are hereby ratified and confirmed to the
extent they are not in conflict with the amendment set forth in Section 1
hereof.
Section 3. That Ordinance Number 88-9247 is hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city
newspaper.
