ORDINANCE NUMBER 92-9533
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE SOUTH
ONE FOOT (1') OF THE UTILITY EASEMENT LYING ALONG THE NORTH
PROPERTY LINE OF LOT TWENTY-TWO (22), BLOCK ONE (1), GEORGETOWN
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the south one foot (11) of the utility easement
lying along the north property line of Lot Twenty-two (22) , Block One (1) ,
Georgetown Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and the
same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described portion of utility
easement, which is vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent
property owner in accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city
newspaper.
