ORDINANCE NUMBER 92-9518
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION
OF CLAFLIN AVENUE IN AUSTIN SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Claflin Avenue, a platted public street in
Austin Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from the East
line of Austin Circle to the West line of Austin Circle, adjacent to Lots
Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16) , Block Two (2) , and Lots One (1) and Two (2) ,
Block Five (5) , Austin Subdivision of the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas
is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the property vacated herein revert to the adjacent
property in accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
