AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION
OF A CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF LOT ONE (1) ,
BLOCK ONE (1) , REPLAT OF LOT THIRTEEN (13) , BLOCK FIVE (5) AND
LOTS TWENTY-FOUR (24) , TWENTY-FIVE (25) AND TWENTY-SIX (26) , BLOCK
SIX (6), MEYER ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY,
KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That a portion of the certain utility easement along
the west side of Lot 1, Block 1, Replat of Lot 13, Block 5 and Lots
Twenty-four, Twenty-five and Twenty-six, Block Six (6), Meyer Addition to
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at
a point at the northwest
corner
of said Lot One (1) ,
thence South
ninety-eight feet (981);
thence
East ten feet (10') ;
Thence North ninety-eight feet (981); thence West ten feet (10') to
the point of beginning .
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
