ORDINANCE NUMBER 92-9515
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE
NUMBER 8526, THE SAME BEING CHAPTER 42 OF THE SALINA CODE, AND
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP THEREIN AND THEREBY ADOPTED AND
PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY
AND PRESCRIBING THE PROPER USES THEREOF.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning
District Map, the rezoning of certain property therein, hereinafter described
has been timely complied with, and SO NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT 11PDD/R-3" . PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR MULTI -FAMILY HOUSING. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, duly adopted and published as a
part of Ordinance Number 8526, the same being Chapter 42 of the Salina Code,
be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be
rezoned as follows, to -wit:
A parcel of land located in Lot Seven (7) , Block Five (5) ,
Replat of Blocks Four (4) , Ten (10) , Eleven (11) and
Twelve (12) , Georgetown Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot Seven
(7), thence North three degrees seventeen minutes
fifteen seconds East (N.03 -17'15"E.) along the west
line of said Lot Seven (7) a distance of two hundred
seven and forty-seven hundredths feet (207.47');
Thence North ninety degrees zero minutes zero
seconds East (N.90°00'00"E.) a distance of twelve and
thirty-one hundredths feet (12.3l');
Thence South fifty-one degrees forty-three minutes
fifty-eight seconds East (S.51 -43'58"E.) a distance of
seventy-four and twenty-six hundredths feet (74.26') ;
Thence North eighty-nine degrees sixteen minutes two
seconds East (N . 89° 16'02"E .) a distance of one
hundred thirty-seven and ninety-one hundredths feet
(137.9l');
Thence South zero degrees two minutes fifty-seven
seconds East (S.00002157"E.) a distance of one
hundred sixty and zero hundredths feet (160.001) to a
point on the South line of said Lot Seven (7) ;
Thence South eighty-nine degrees fourteen minutes
fifty seconds West (S.89014150"W.) along said south
line a distance of two hundred twenty and zero
hundredths feet (220.00') to the point of beginning;
The above described parcel of land contains 36,496.92
square feet or 0.84 acres more or less.
shall become a part of District "PDD/R-3" . PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT FOR MULTI -FAMILY HOUSING.

Section 2. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and
limitations as made and provided for in Ordinance Number 8426, the same being
Chapter 42 of the Salina Code with reference to the PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT FOR MULTI -FAMILY HOUSING. Development of the property shall
be subject to the plans on file with the Planning Commission and/or City Clerk
and the following conditions, to -wit:
1. Approval is subject to the approved Site Development Plan which
is on file in the Zoning Administrator's office and herein
incorporated by reference.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
