DEDICATED EAST -WEST ALLEY ON THE SOUTH FIFTEEN FEET OF LOT
FOURTEEN (14) , BLOCK FOUR (4) , SOUTHERN HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the dedicated fifteen foot alley right-of-way on the
South fifteen feet (15')
of Lot Fourteen (14) ,
Block Four
(4) , Southern Heights
Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, is
hereby vacated.
Section 2.
That this ordinance
shall be in
full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
