ORDINANCE NUMBER 92-9501
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A SEVENTY
FOOT BY ONE HUNDRED FOOT STORM SEWER EASEMENT ON LOT ONE (1),
BLOCK ONE (1), TROCHENBACH ADDITION, AND THE NORTH TWENTY
FEET (20') OF THE STORM SEWER EASEMENT ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF
THE VACATED WOODLAND AVENUE ON LOT ONE (1) , BLOCK ONE (1) ,
TROCHENBACH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY,
KANSAS .
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas
Section 1. That the seventy foot (70') by one hundred foot (100')
storm sewer easement on Lot One (1) , Block One (1) , Trochenbach Addition
to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the North Fifteen feet (151) of the storm sewer
easement along the north line of the vacated Woodland Avenue on Lot One (1) ,
Block One (1) , Trochenbach Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, is hereby vacated.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
