AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE TWENTY
FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOTS ONE (1) THROUGH NINE (9) , BLOCK
EIGHT (8), BELMONT ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY,
KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the twenty foot (20') utility easement on Lots One
(1) through Nine (9) , Block Eight (8) , Belmont Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
