AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR
THE ANNEXATION
OF CERTAIN
LAND IN THE NORTHEAST
QUARTER OF
THE NORTHWEST
QUARTER OF
SECTION ONE (1) TOWNSHIP
FOURTEEN (14)
SOUTH RANGE THREE
(3) WEST
OF THE SIXTH PRINCIPAL
MERIDIAN IN
SALINE COUNTY,
KANSAS, IN
CONFORMITY WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF K.S.A. 12-519
to 12-526,
INCLUSIVE.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the following described land, to -wit:
A tract of land beginning at a point thirty feet (30') east
of the northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter (NE/4NW/4) of Section One (1),
Township Fourteen South (T14S), Range Three West (R3W)
of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas;
Thence east four hundred ninety-five feet (495');
Thence south two hundred sixty-four feet (264') ;
Thence west four hundred ninety-five feet (495');
Thence north two hundred sixty-four feet (264') to the
point of beginning.
The above described parcel of land contains 3 acres, more
or less.
Also known as Stimmel School Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
meeting one or more of the classifications for annexation prescribed by K.S.A.
12-519 to 12-526, inclusive, is hereby annexed and made a part of the City of
Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city
newspaper.
