ORDINANCE NUMBER 93-9585
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE FIFTEEN
FEET (15') UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE WEST
PROPERTY LINE OF TRACT THREE (3) , WOODS AND DURHAM PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, IN THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY,
KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the north two hundred sixty-three and
ninety-eight hundredths feet (263.98') of the fifteen feet (15') utility
easement located along the west property line of Lot One (1) , Block (1) ,
WD Addition to the the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, is hereby
vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
