ORDINANCE NUMBER 93-9569
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF
THE PLATTED FRONTAGE ROAD IN THE REPLAT OF BLOCKS FOUR (4) AND
FIVE (5) AND PART OF BLOCK THREE (3) , SCHIPPEL ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the west seven feet (7') of the frontage road, a
public street
as shown
on the
recorded plat of Replat of Blocks Four (4) and
Five (5) and
part of
Block
Three (3), Schippel Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline
County,
Kansas,
adjacent to the South fifty-five and five tenths
feet (55.5') of Lot Fourteen (14) , and all of Lots Fifteen (15) and Sixteen
(16) , Block Six (6) , in said Replat of Schippel Addition, is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described portion of the frontage. road
which is vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property
owners in accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That restricted access be dedicated on the east
property
lines
of the
South
fifty-five and five tenths
feet
(55.5')
of Lot
14
and all of
Lots
Fifteen
(15)
and Sixteen (16) , Block Six
(6) ,
in said
Replat
of
Schippel Addition.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
