ORDINANCE NUMBER 93-9567
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE SOUTH
ONE HUNDRED FEET (100') OF THE TEMPORARY DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON
LOT FOUR (4) , BLOCK FOUR (4) , TASKER ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the South one hundred feet (100') of the
temporary drainage easement on Lot Four (4), Block Four (4) Tasker Addition
to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the use of the vacated temporary drainage
easement is hereby approved for use as a residential building lot.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
