ORDINANCE NUMBER 94-9667
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE PUBLIC
STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR DILLINGHAM AVENUE WEST OF LOT SIX (6),
BROWN AND BROWN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY,
KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the south four hundred four and eighty-six
hundredths feet (404.86') of the sixty foot (60') public street right-of-way
Dillingham Avenue which is adjacent to the west side of Lot Six (6) , Brown and
Brown Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the west fifteen feet (151) of the above described
street right-of-way for Dillingham Avenue which is vacated by this ordinance,
shall be retained as a utility easement.
Section 3. That the above described portion of street right-of-way
for Dillingham Avenue which is vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the
adjacent property owners in accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
