AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE WEST TEN
FEET (10') OF THE TWENTY FOOT (20') UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON
LOTS ONE THROUGH EIGHT (1-8) , BLOCK THREE (3) AND LOTS ONE
THROUGH FIVE (1-5) , BLOCK FOUR (4) , AUSTIN SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY
OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the west ten feet (10') of the twenty foot (20')
utility easement located on Lots One through Eight (1-8) , Block Three (3) and
Lots One throught Five (1-5) , Block Four (4) , Austin Subdivision to the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the petitioner shall pay the total cost of the
relocation of the KPL guy wire located in this utility easement.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
