ORDINANCE NUMBER 94-9650
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE WEST 2
1/2 FEET (2.5') OF THE TEN FOOT (10') UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON
THE EAST LINE OF LOT FIVE (5) , BLOCK FOUR (4) , REPLAT OF BLOCKS
FOUR (4) , TEN (10) , ELEVEN (11) AND TWELVE (12) , GEORGETOWN
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That west two and one half feet (2.5') of the ten foot
(10') utility easement located on the east line of Lot Five (5) , Block Four
(4) , Replat of Blocks Four (4) , Ten (10) , Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) ,
Georgetown Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, is hereby
vacated.
Section 2. That the petitioner shall pay the total cost of the
relocation of the KPL Gas Service natural gas pipeline located in this utility
easement.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
