AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE TEN
FOOT (10') UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOTS ELEVEN (11) , TWELVE
(12) AND TWENTY-THREE (23), REPLAT OF LOTS TWO (2), THREE (3), FOUR
(4) AND FIVE (5) , MOUNT BARBARA PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the ten foot (1.01) utility easement located on
Lots Eleven (11) , Twelve (12) and Twenty-three (23) , Replat of Lots Two (2) ,
Three (3) , Four (4) and Five (5) , Mount Barbara Park Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
