94-9647 AnimalsFirst published in the Salina Journal on August d 8, 1 ORDINANCE NUMBER 94-9647 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7, SECTION 7-121 OF THE SALINA CODE REGARDING THE LICENSING OF COMMERCIAL ANIMAL ESTABLISHMENTS; AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas Section 1. That Chapter 7, Section 7-121 of the Salina Code shall be amended to read as follows: "Section 7-121. Expiration; renewal. All licenses shall expire on December 31st of the current year. Licensees shall be advised by written notice of the City Clerk sixty days prior to the license expiration date, for the purpose of renewal. The licensee shall then apply to the City Clerk for license renewal at least thirty days prior to the license expiration date to assure continuous licensing. Section 2. That any licenses currently issued to Commercial Animal Establishments shall not expire until December 31, 1995. Section 3. That the existing Section 7-121 of the Salina Code is hereby repealed. Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper. (SEAL) ATTEST: Judi D.
