ORDINANCE NUMBER 94-9636
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 27, ARTICLE II, OF THE
SALINA CODE REGARDING PARKS REGULATIONS BY ADDING SECTION 27-18.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Chapter 27, Article I1, of the Salina Code is
hereby amended by adding Section 27-18, which shall read as follows:
"Section 27-18. LAKEWOOD LAKE BOATING LIMITATIONS.
Lakewood Lake shall be closed to the operation of any
motorized vessel under power of an internal combustion
engine. "Vessel" shall include a boat or any other
recreational device designed for operation in the water.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
