ORDINANCE NUMBER 94-9631
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR FIRE PROTECTION OF PROPERTY OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract for fire protection of the following property located outside the city
limits:
Owner's Name & Address Property Location
CATHCART-RAKE, Ruth M. , Trust 3265 E. Country Club Rd.
3265 E. Country Club Rd.
Salina, Kansas 67401
Section 2. Any and all other contracts executed with the City of
Salina for fire protection on the above mentioned property, are hereby null and
void.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
