ORDINANCE NUMBER 94-9615
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE
DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED ON THE WEST SIXTY FEET (60') OF THE
EAST ONE HUNDRED TEN FEET (110') OF LOT TWO (2) , TRIPLETT II
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the drainage easement located on the west sixty
feet (601) of the east one hundred ten feet (110') of Lot Two (2) , Triplett II
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, is hereby vacated;
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, the City imposes the following conditions:
1. The applicant shall dedicate a new drainage easement
on the east ninety feet (901) of Lot Five (5),
Triplett II Addition.
2. The applicant shall not modify in any way the existing
detention basin until the new basin is constructed and
operational.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
