AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THIRTY FEET
30') OF RESTRICTED ACCESS CONTROL WHICH EXISTS ON THE WEST
'ROPERTY LINE OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1, REPLAT OF COUNTRY OAK ESTATES
'O THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS, ON THE EAST SIDE
IF MARCELLA DRIVE.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. There is hereby vacated thirty feet (30') of restricted
ss on the East side of Marcella Drive to allow the construction of a
riveway to serve Lot 2, Block 1, Replat of Country Oak Estates to the City
Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
Section 2. Construction of the proposed driveway shall conform to the
City of Salina specifications for concrete work in the public right-of-way.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
land after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
