ORDINANCE NUMBER 96-9731
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE 20 FOOT
UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED WITHIN BLOCK 23 OF THE BELMONT
ADDITION, TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the 20 foot utility easement located on Lots 1, 2 and
13, Block 23, Belmont Addition, in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas is
hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described portion of easement, which is
vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the ownership of Lots One (1) , Two
1 (2) and Three (3) , Block Twenty-three (23) , Belmont Addition, in accordance
with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
