97-9820 Levy Nuisance AssessmenM (Published in The Salina Journal August./S', 1997) ORDINANCE NUMBER 97-9820 AN ORDINANCE LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST CERTAIN LOTS AND PIECES OF PROPERTY TO PAY THE COST OF ABATEMENT OF NUISANCES ON CERTAIN LOTS AND PARTS OF LOTS AND THE PARKWAYS ABUTTING THEREON IN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
