ORDINANCE NUMBER 97-9811
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PUBLIC
UTILITY EASEMENT IN TWIN OAKS II SUBDIVISION, TO THE CITY OF
SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas
Section 1. That the 10 foot utility easement and the west 2.25 feet
of the 8.25 foot telephone easement over and across the east side of Lots 4
and 9, Block Seven (7) in Twin Oaks II Subdivision to the City of Salina,
Kansas is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the 10 foot utility easement and the west 2.25 feet
of the 8.25 foot telephone easement which is vacated by this ordinance, shall
revert to the owners of Lots 4 and 9, Block 7, Twin Oaks II Subdivision.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
