ORDINANCE NUMBER 97-9806
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE
CITY OF SALINA .
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT. That the
Comprehensive Plan shall be amended to change the designation of the
following described property from Low Density Residential to Commercial and
Retail.
The North One -Hundred Twenty-five feet (1251) of Lots
Six (6) and Seven (7) , Block Three (3) , Phillips East
Addition, being in the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
Section 2. That all prior ordinances in conflict herewith as they
relate to the above described real estate are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
