ORDINANCE NUMBER 97-9801
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLES III, IV, V, VI AND VII OF CHAPTER
6, OF THE SALINA CODE REGARDING AMUSEMENTS AND ENTERTAINMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
I Kansas:
Section 1. That Articles III, IV, V, VI and VII of Chapter 6, of
the Salina Code are hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
