AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PUBLIC
UTILITY EASEMENT IN GEORGETOWN ADDITION, TO THE CITY OF SALINA,
SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the utility easement for water lines and
appurtenances
over
and across a portion
of Block Five (5) in
Georgetown
Addition to the
City
of Salina, Kansas, more
particularly described
as:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner of Block Five (5) of Georgetown
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas; thence on an
assumed bearing
of
South
Ninety degrees
Zero minutes
Zero
seconds
West (S.90°00'00"W.)
seconds
along
the South line
of said Block
5 a
distance
of Eighteen feet (18') to the true point of beginning; thence
continuing South Ninety degrees Zero minutes Zero seconds West
(S .9000'00"W.) along said South line a distance of Fifteen feet
(15'); thence North Zero degrees Zero minutes Zero seconds East
(N .0000'00"E .) a distance of Fifty-five feet (55') ; thence North
Ninety degrees Zero minutes Zero seconds East (N.90°00100"E.) a
distance
of

the utility easement
which is vacated by this
ordinance, shall revert

owner of Block Five
(5), Georgetown Addition.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
