ORDINANCE NUMBER 96-9774
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE EXISTING
10' PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED ON LOTS 6, 7, 21 AND
22, BLOCK 11, SUNSET MANOR ADDITION, TO THE CITY OF SALINA,
SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
L.— BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the ten (10) foot pedestrian walkway right-of-way
located on Lots 6, 7, 21 and 22, Block 11, Sunset Manor Addition, in the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described portion of pedestrian walkway
right-of-way, which is vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent
property owners of Lots 6, 7, 21 and 22, Block 11, Sunset Manor Addition.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
