ORDINANCE NUMBER 96-9769
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF
EXISTING RIGHT-OF-WAY ON NORTH ELEVENTH STREET, IN PACIFIC
ADDITION, TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
I Kansas :
Section 1.
That the
east ten (10) feet of
street right-of-way on
North Eleventh Street
adjacent
to Lot One (1) , Block
Nineteen (19) , Pacific
J Addition in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described portion of street right-of-way
on North Eleventh Street, which is vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to
the adjacent property owner of Lot One (1) , Block Nineteen (19) , Pacific
Addition.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
