ORDINANCE NUMBER 96-9763
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAMES OF PIESCHL COURT AND
ALLISON TERRACE IN THE REPLAT OF LOTS 16, 17 AND 18, BLOCK 1,
EASTGATE ADDITION IN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, TO EASTGATE
COURT AND EASTGATE TERRACE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Pieschl Court, as shown on the recorded plat of the
Replat of Lots 16, 17 and 18, Block 1, Eastgate Addition in the City of . Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, be changed to Eastgate Court.
Section 2. That Allison Terrace, as shown on the recorded plat of
the Replat of Lots 16, 17 and 18, Block 1, Eastgate Addition in the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be changed to Eastgate Terrace.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city
newspaper.
