ORDINANCE NUMBER 96-9761
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE RELOCATION OF THE
PLATTED THIRTY FOOT (30') BREAK IN RESTRICTED ACCESS ALONG THE
NORTH LINE OF LOT 1, BLOCK 2, BELMONT PLAZA ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. The platted thirty foot (30') break in restricted access
along the north line of Lot 1, Block 2, Belmont Plaza Addition, which exists
from 42.25 feet to 72.25 feet east of the northwest corner of said Lot 1, is
hereby relocated four feet (4') west and will extend from 38.25 feet to 68.25
feet east of the northwest corner of said Lot 1.
Section 2. Construction of the proposed driveway shall conform to
the City of Salina specifications for concrete work in the public right-of-way.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
