ORDINANCE NUMBER 96-9756
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION
-45 OF THE SALINA CODE PERTAINING TO MERCHANT POLICE
ENTIFICATION CARDS AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That Section 30-45 of the Salina Code is hereby amended
read as follows:
"Section 30-45 Identification cards.
The City Clerk shall issue an identification card to
each applicant which shall be carried at all times while on
duty as a merchant policeman. The identification card shall
include information as deemed necessary by the City
Manager . "
Section 2. That the existing Section 30-45 of the Salina Code is
by repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
end after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
