ORDINANCE NUMBER 98-9862
AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AN AREA BOUNDED BY CRAWFORD AVENUE
ON THE NORTH, CLOUD STREET ON THE SOUTH, THE FLOOD CONTROL
LEVEE ON THE EAST, AND OHIO STREET ON THE WEST AS CRITICAL
DRAINAGE AREA NO. 2.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That an area bounded by Crawford Avenue on the north,
Cloud Street on the south, the flood control levee on the east, and Ohio Street
on the west is hereby designated as Critical Drainage Area No. 2.
Section 2. That the map titled Critical Drainage Area No. 2 dated
April 13, 1998 is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference for the
purpose of identifying all lands within said area which are subject to special
storm water drainage requirements as set forth in Section 42-66 of the zoning
regulations.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
