98-9867 Zone Hansen Court(Published in The Salina Journal May 81998) ORDINANCE NUMBER 98-9867 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE MBER 8526, THE SAME BEING CHAPTER 42 OF THE SALINA CODE, AND THE NING DISTRICT MAP THEREIN AND THEREBY ADOPTED AND PROVIDING R THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY AND ESCRIBING THE PROPER USES THEREOF. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, ie rezoning of certain property therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, SO OW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "C-3", SHOPPING CENTER TRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, duly adopted and lished as a part of Ordinance Number 8526, the same being Chapter 42 of the Salina Code, be it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: The south fifteen (15) feet of Lot Fifteen (15), Lots Seventeen (17) and Nineteen (19), the east twenty-five (25) feet of the south one hundred (100) feet, of Lot Twenty (20) and the south one hundred (100) feet of Lots Twenty-one (21) and Twenty-two (22) all in Block Two (2) of the Hansen Court Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas. shall become a part of DISTRICT "C-311, SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT. Section 2. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL. The use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for in Ordinance Number 8526, the same being Chapter 42 of the Salina Code with reference to the "C- 3 ", SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT regulations. Section 3. That all prior ordinances in conflict herewith as they relate to the above described real estate are hereby repealed. Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
